Beginning in September, our entire parish family will be invited to participate in the Spiritual Adoption Program. Participants promise to pray for nine months for an unknown, unborn baby in danger of abortion. Each participant or family will receive a pledge card as a reminder to pray daily. 

Monthly reports describing your baby's development will be posted here and on the bulletin board at the back of the church. 

During Lent, we'll celebrate with a "baby shower" for our local pregnancy care center, A Better Choice. 

There are millions of unborn babies desperately in need of your prayers. Please join us in spiritually adopting one of them!

Spiritual Adoption Prayer

Jesus, Mary and St. Joseph, I love you very much. I beg you to spare the life of the unborn child that I have spiritually adopted who is in danger of abortion. Amen.

Month One

At one month, I'm only 1/4 inch long, about the size of a grain of rice, but I am already 10,000 times bigger than when I was created. I have my own unique DNA. My eye color, gender, facial features, shoe size, and talents are already set. My heart has already begun beating. God has made me perfect in His image and created me with a soul that will live eternally!

My mom is just now realizing for the first time that I am here. Please pray for both of us during this pregnancy. Thank you!
