Blessed Sacrament Wellness Policy
In conjunction with the School Lunch Program, Blessed Sacrament School has developed a School Wellness Policy. The policies are listed below for Elementary and Middle School. If you have questions or are interested in helping to develop these policies, please contact the school.
Free Lunches in the Summer!!
The Kansas Department of Education will be offering free lunches in the summer. Please use the following link to access more information:

From the Lunch Room
A few reminders:
- Please remember that our hot lunch orders are sent out each month a with date for their
return. Please circle/write the meals with your students’ choices for the month. They may
choose cold, hot lunch (entrée) or a salad.
- Fast food and sodas are not permitted in the lunchroom due to the Diocesan Health Policy
- Volunteer stewards in the cafeteria may bring their own hat from home or a hair-net will be
provided. Also, open toed shoes, shorts or sleeveless shirts are not allowed.
School Hot Lunch Program
Applications for the Nutrition Program must be filled out and turned in no later than September 27th. You must re-submit an application each year to be reviewed for eligibility. Please do not assume that your benefits will be the same as the guidelines have changed. If you were eligible last year and an application is not received by the September 27th deadline, your status will revert to "Full Pay".
