Diocesan Day of Thanksgiving and Praise
Today, we received the attached letter from Bishop Elect Carl Kemme. He is excited to be appointed and received as our Bishop and has declared Friday, May 2, 2014 a Diocesan Day of Thanksgiving and Praise. He is calling our entire diocesan family to thank God on this day that the flock has received a new shepherd and the shepherd a new flock. In commemoration of this special day, he has authorized our Catholic schools to be closed for this day.
