Regnum Christi (RC) helps people to live their faith deeply and to get involved in works of service that assist people with the hope of bringing them closer to Our Lord. Regnum Christi is open to both men and women; however, presently at Blessed Sacrament, there is only a women’s team. Among its many apostolic works, Regnum Christi sponsors an annual silent retreat, monthly mornings of reflection, and opportunities for spiritual direction.
